Christian Audigier was born in the southern-French city of Avignon. From the beginning, he was attracted to the style that is rock and roll. He wanted to follow in the footsteps of Mick Jagger but lacked the singing voice. He found his calling with fashion. He left Von Dutch in 2004 in search of a story; he found it in Ed Hardy, the godfather of tattoo.
